ShadowStar yowled out, calling for all RiverClan cats to gather under the crescent moon. "In light of recent events, I am now to appoint a new RiverClan deputy." the cats looked at each other; most knew that Riverheart had left. "The new deputy is..." ShadowStar scanned the area with her heterochromic eyes, "Rainheart." she dismissed the clan and padded up to the young deputy. She touched the cat's shoulder with her nose and said, "Well done." her eyes glinted in the moonlight. Rainheart reminded her of her old friend Riverheart, not just because of the name, but the way they acted and hunted was quite similar. Of course, she thought. They're both true RiverClan cats. She lifted her tail with pride for her new deputy.
