Silverwind looked thoughtful for a moment. "FlameClaw and I met on a border patrol once. We chatted - without dishonouring the Warrior Code, of course, and he said he felt kind of lonely in ShadowClan. Said he missed his younger sister. FlameClaw only thinks he has one sister, and even she is just a dream to him. The was just 6 weeks old when given to RiverClan, and he was two months when he was stolen." Clan matters had been told to her at Gatherings by random cats and by WhiteStar when they were of great importance to the Clan. "I'm not surprised that he doesn't remember us. He's got some massive 3 slashes on his shoulder, and several small scars on his flanks. The flank ones look older than his shoulder scars. I guess that the flank ones are from you, and he must've gotten into some kind of fight in ShadowClan."

BlackPaw lay down slowly and stared at the ground. "I...I don't understand." he mewed softly. He, himself, was unsure of whether he was talking to SilverWind, or himself. He couldn't believe that the brother that he thought he'd killed was still alive. He looked at SilverWind.

"I want to see him," BlackPaw said. "I have to apologize to him." BlackPaw stared at his paws which were twitching nervously. His tail flicked slightly before he stood up and said to Silver, "Take me to our brother."

Silbverwind shook her head. "I can't. My leg..." she looked at it sadly, and then back at Blackpaw. "You'll have to make the journey on your own to ShadowClan. Then it's up to FlameClaw if he wants to listen." she licked her forepaw delicately and curled up. "Good Luck, Blackpaw." her eyes travelled to him as she made herself comfortable to go to sleep, "Maybe we'll all see each other at the next gathering." she closed her blue eyes and fell calmly asleep.

BlackPaw was going to protest, but realized that SilverWind had fallen asleep. He sighed and mewed in her ear "Sleep well, little sister," before leaving her. He set off towards ShadowClan, wondering the whole way what he would say to FlameClaw and would he forgive him?
